The Kwa Mkono Disabled Children's Trust supports the charitable work of the Kwa Mkono Polio Hostel in Tanzania by providing grants of equipment and funding so the hostel can offer rehabilitation, education and training to physically disabled young people, enabling them to live independently when they leave.
